According to the Express, Arsenal and Chelsea have set their sights on PSV Eindhoven’s young winger Zakaria Bakkali.

Manchester City are also thought to be in the hunt for the young Belgian having sent scouts to watch him play for the Belgium Under-21 team, according to the newspaper.

The Moroccan born player fits Arsene Wenger’s typical signing, in that he is young, versatile, and can play both centrally as well as on the wing.
