Del Nido confirmed earlier this month that Sevilla are under no pressure to sell the Spain international following the departure of Jesus Navas to Manchester City.
His comments came after Sevilla rejected an offer of ?17million (£14.5m) from West Ham United, who have subsequently finalised a club record move for Andy Carroll.
However, Sevilla now look likely to lose Negredo in the summer as the 27-year-old is keen to test himself in the UEFA Champions League.
Domestic rivals Atletico have shown an interest, according to Del Nido, with Los Rojiblancos having sold their star striker Radamel Falcao to Monaco.
But the other club interested in signing Negredo are from outside La Liga and Del Nido will weigh up the respective offers.
"He has said he wants to develop and that he wants to play in the Champions League," Del Nido told Sevilla's television channel.
"One of the teams is Atletico Madrid and the other is outside of Spain."
Arsenal, Manchester United and Napoli have all been linked with Negredo this summer, while Sevilla have also seen Luis Alberto join Liverpool and Antonio Luna sign for Aston Villa.
