PSV Eindhoven have completed the transfer of Jeffrey Bruma from Premier League side Chelsea.
PSV's technical director, Marcel Brands, who also landed a winger from Ajax named Florian Jozefzoon, was happy with the new signings.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Brands said: "They are talented players with all the necessary experience. Jeffrey is 21 years, Florian 22 years.
"They fit the philosophy that PSV have; we like the best Dutch talent in our ranks."
PSV are believed to have paid £2.5million for Bruma with the player signing a four-year deal.
