Stoke City have agreed a deal with Dynamo Kiev for Macedonian international left-back Goran Popov.
The Potters outfit have revealed that terms for a season-long loandeal are in place and the 27-year-old is due complete the move onMonday.
Popov caught the eye of Pulis during last season's Europa League match between the sides.
Pulis told the club's official website: "Goran really impressed melast season. He's an experienced player for his age and he has a greatleft foot on him.
"Naturally gifted left-sided players are like gold-dust, so he willgive us strength in depth down that left hand side which can onlyimprove us."
"We had him watched when he played in the Europa League againstFeyenoord the other night and he did exceptionally well in that game.
"Goran wants to play in the Premier League and he was impressed withus when we played the two games against them in the Europa League.
"It's a season-long loan, so we have got a good opportunity to seehow he adjusts to English football before we make a commitment tosigning him."
Popov, who has won 41 caps for Macedonia, joined Kiev in the summerof 2010 on a five-year contract after spells in Russian, Greek and Dutchfootball.
