Bendtner squad number confirmed
New signing Nicklas Bendtner has been assigned squad number 52.



New signing Nicklas Bendtner will wear squad number 52 for Sunderland.

The on-loan Danish striker also wears the same number at parent club Arsenal, for whom he has scored 45 goals in 157 games.

Bendtner, 23, was originally assigned squad number 26 at Arsenal but changed to his current designation prior to the start of the 2009-10 season.
The forward will spend the remainder of the 2011-12 campaign on loan at the Stadium of Light after agreeing a deadline-day move from the Emirates Stadium.

campbell 仲有排傷，應該要到下半季先可以預佢。

ji 初到貴境，應該要一段時間先可以適應。

wickham 要睇佢既發展進度，隨時今季都只係俾佢繼續學野。

所以即時可以用得到既只有 bendtner 同 gyan，點止唔算太超額，直情係唔夠人用添。

BENDTNER IN GUNNERS QUIT VOW

Nicklas Bendtner has vowed never to return to Arsenal after sealing his loan switch to Sunderland.

The Danish international secured a season-long loan move to Sunderland on transfer deadline day after finding himself out-of-favour at the Emirates.

The 23-year-old believes he has not been given a fair chance in Arsene Wenger's side ever since he had a car crash two years ago.

Bendtner is now planning for life after Arsenal as he has no intention of returning to the club once his loan deal expires.

"I will never go back to Arsenal. If I can have it my way, I will never play for them again," Bendtner is quoted as saying in The Sun.

"After my car accident I never really got the chance to earn a spot in the first team.

"That is over one-and-a-half years with no real chance to prove myself.

"I am really looking forward to playing for Sunderland and then we will see next summer.

"I will find a new club - but I will not go back to Arsenal, that's for sure."
