Reading 2 - 4 SwanseaScott Sinclair's hat-trick booked Swansea's first return to the top-flight since 1983 after beating Reading in the Championship play-off final.
Sinclair scored twice within two minutes, the first a penalty, then a close-range strike after Nathan Dyer's cross.
It looked over for Reading when Stephen Dobbie made it 3-0, but the Royals struck back after half-time through Noel Hunt and Matt Mills headers.
Sinclair then sealed it with his second spot-kick to send Swans fans delirious.
