Conflicting reports coming from Spain regarding the Brazilian after his supershow last night.

First off, Marca reports the player’s father has met with PSG officials and pledged his son’s future to the French side.

They reckon a six-year deal at the Parc des Princes has been agreed.

However, there are conflicting reports declaring coming from SPORT saying that Neymar has told Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez “I’ll stay” after his team-mates approached him to discuss his future.

Neymar's Barcelona team-mate Gerard Pique posted on social media at the weekend, saying the Brazilian would be staying at the Nou Camp amid speculation of a move to PSG.

Now, in Barca's press conference in the US, the defender is slightly backtracking...

"The post was nothing official, it was a gut thing, it doesn't depend on me. Only Ney can say what will happen, but I hope he stays.

"I try to explain to Neymar, as a team-mate and a friend, the situation he’s in. I would say don't go to a league which, with all due respect, is not as good."
