Barcelona have reached an agreement with Ousmane Dembele, according to L’Equipe.

The Camp Nou giants need new signings after the departure of Neymar to PSG last week and they are ramping up their interest in their targets.

The Borussia Dortmund forward could be the next new player to arrive at the Camp Nou, with L’Equipe reporting that Barca have reached an agreement with the France international.

Barca are now in negotiations with Dortmund, although the Bundesliga club want ?100m for the 20-year-old, a fee that the Catalan giants believe to be excessive.

The La Liga outfit were close to signing Dembele a year ago before he joined Dortmund from Rennes in a ?15m deal.

Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has played down suggestions of Ousmane Dembele joining Barcelona.

Barcelona are on the lookout for a star quality signing following Neymar’s move to Paris Saint-Germain for a world record fee of £200 million (?222 million) and it has been suggested that Dembele could replace the Brazilian at the Nou Camp.

Some reports indicated that Dembele joining Barcelona is almost a done deal amidst suggestions that the France international has agreed personal terms with Ernesto Valverde’s side.

However, Zorc is adamant that Dembele, who is reportedly valued at £90 million (?100 million) by Dortmund, isn’t on the verge of a switch to Barcelona.

As reported by goal, Zorc said: “I am not aware of a commitment.”

Ousmane Dembele had 55 attempts in the Bundesliga last season.

Zorc also added that he feels that speculation regarding the possibility of Dembele joining Barcelona will be unrelenting.

He said: “This will surely accompany us for a while. It makes no sense to comment on these permanent rumours every time.”

Dembele, who is capable of playing on either flank or as an attacking midfielder, made a major impact in his first season at Dortmund following his switch from Rennes.

Possessing much pace and flair, Dembele created 63 chances in the Bundesliga last season – more than any other Dortmund player – while he demonstrated that he is capable of beating players with ease as he succeeded with 57% of his attempted take-ons.

It is also clear that the 20-year-old is an extremely difficult player to defend against – he was fouled on 60 occasions in the Bundesliga last campaign.

Dembele joining Barcelona before Supercopa De Espana?
Barcelona appear eager to complete a deal for Dembele as quickly as possible, although they face a race against time if he is to be available for the first competitive game of the season – the Supercopa de Espana fixture against Real Madrid on Sunday.

Borussia Dortmund forward Ousmane Dembele wants a move to Barcelona, according to Sky in Germany.

The Bundesliga side insist Dembele is not for sale, but it is believed they would be willing to listen to offers of more than £90m for the 20-year-old, who is waiting for the two clubs to agree a deal.

Borussia Dortmund are a listed company and any offer for the French international would have to be reported to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Dembele scored 10 goals in 49 appearances for Dortmund last season after joining the club for £13m from Rennes in the summer.

He helped the Signal Iduna Park side win the DFB-Pokal Cup in his first season.

Dembele made his senior debut for Rennes in November 2015 and scored 12 goals in 27 appearances in an impressive first campaign with the Ligue 1 side, which also saw him named the Young Player of the Year in France.

He was linked with a move to a number of Europe's top clubs before signing for Dortmund in 2016.

Barcelona are looking to add to their options upfront after the world-record sale of Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain last week and have also been linked with a move for Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.

買到呢件，對古天奴既執念唔多唔少都會減咁D 。


其實巴塞宜家周圍搶人，除左真係為左要搵人頂尼馬個位之外，平息一眾球迷既怨都係其中一個重要原因。球迷對突然間失去左尼馬呢個咁重要既球員，反應十分激烈，所以球會先急於買番件大名既球員黎平息眾怒。呢個球員係咪真係頂到尼馬個位置反而係次要。
