yes that is the point.

training plan, 主要有3種,

1) 90% fitness 時練1次fitness
2) 82% fitness 時練2次fitness
3) 70% fitness 時練3次fitness

and mix of any above.


背景:
8. Training
Are there any kind of penalties in training?
Yes there are. If your fitness it's not at least 90% or higher you'll get a penalty. This penalty will be as bigger as lower your fitness is. Still about the "fitness has to be 90% or higher" rule, the penalty is not present if the skill you're training is currently at 0 value (absolute 0, means that if the skill is already a little higher than 0 (relative 0, eg. 0,1) the penalty will be there although very small), and will progressively increase as your skill also increases. Example: if you train Technique and your Tech. skill is 0, with fitness 67%, you get no penalty, whereas if you train Shooting and your Shoot. skill is 17, you'll get almost max penalty for what the penalty would be for your 67% fitness, so you'll train below your 100% progression. The lower the fitness, the higher the penalty; the higher the skill you're training, the higher the penalty if your fitness is low.

What about bonuses?
You can also get training "bonuses" if you train the same skill twice or thrice in a row in the same day. Example: you train Crosses at 0:00 on a Monday at your regular progression/potential. If at 8:00 you change the training to dribbling you won't get any bonus for this training. But if keep training Crosses, you'll get a bonus on the second training. Now let's continue to 16:00. Let's imagine the previous 2 trainings were Crosses: if at 16:00 you keep the Crosses training you'll another bonus, even higher as the second bonus. But if you change the training to another skill the bonus is gone. This kind of bonus only works with trainings on the same day. For example, if you train Finishing at 16:00 on a Monday and then on Tuesday at 0:00 you continue with the same training (Finishing) you won't get a bonus at all.
This bonus works for all kind of trainings except Sides (right, left and middle) and Having Fun.


我既理解:
90% 係估penalty > bonus, 所以點都KEEP住唔扣penalty
70% 係估bonus > penalty, 所以點都要連3次bouns, 覺得d bonus 可以跑贏90-70既penalty

82就最中庸囉, 不過其實唔會差太遠既

搵d 讀 a maths既人用derivation 計下, 應該可以計到點先有最佳效果lol~

penalty 暫時有兩個說法,

1. 90%之後每1個% fitness扣1% training
2. 90%之後先扣6.5%, 之後每個% fitness 扣0.65% training


bonus 就有傳係2%, 4%,
以team training為例, 00:00 100%, 08:00 102%, 16:00 104%

不過我唔明, fitness 明明係8%, 10%, 12% (連續3次升既%, 已confirm), 照比例應該係25%, 50% 喎... 而家D人就用緊"加法"bonus 而唔係比例式

MULY 好似都咁講過
