Dear tam,
You're receiving this e-mail because your registration to play Planetarium Football Star has not been accepted.
Below you will find some of the reasons why this may have occured:
- You didn't submit real and complete details about yourself (this includes name and full address including street name, number and city; don't worry, we will not be using any of your details for any other purpose other than for the administration of our website. Your details won't ever be revealed or given away to anyone; your privacy is 100% guaranteed.).
- We couldn't verify your IP address (you might be using a public LAN that is hiding your IP address or a proxy; both might cause us not being able to verify your real whereabouts based on the IP address and consequently forcing us to reject your application).
- Finally, we might think you've either registered by mistake while already having hold of another account or are trying to get a second one (only one account is permitted by user and getting a second one before informing us you quit on your first is against the game rules and therefore has made us reject your new application). Be sure to check if you haven't got an existing account and/or try to retrieve your old password if you forgot about it. You may still be on a waiting list and if it is so there's no need for you to register again.
The first case is the most common and, in any case other than the last, we strongly advise you just to try again. If you do receive this e-mail again, then you can contact us at
global@footstar.org with the details you've submitted so we can analyse the case further and inform you on why your registration is being rejected. Please do not contact us until you've tried at least twice; sometimes accounts might "bounce" for any other reason than the ones listed in this e-mail and it's best always to just try again before getting in contact with us.
This is an automatic e-mail response.
Greetings,
The Planetarium Football Star Team
