Reports in Italy are suggesting that Everton have outbid Liverpool for Hellas Verona midfielder Jorginho.
The 21 year old has made over 30 appearances for Verona since signinglast season and has been subject to speculation about a move to Anfieldrecently, but now the Italian media claim that the Blues have outbidtheir city rivals.1
Jorginho has risen to stardom in Italy in the last season and waseasily the best player in Serie B although earlier rumours of a transferto AC Milan were rubbished by his agent.
The reports in Italy claim that Everton have bid 9 million Euros which eclipses that of Liverpool by a full million Euros.
