Jamie Vardy opened the scoring against Manchester United - and broke a Premier League record in the process. The Leicester striker has now scored in 11 consecutive Premier League appearances, breaking Ruud van Nistelrooy's record of 10. Bournemouth 1-1 LeicesterVARDY (PEN) 86 
Leicester looked to be heading for defeat at newly-promoted Bournemouth but managed to continue their unbeaten start to the season thanks to Vardy's penalty with four minutes remaining.
He induced the foul from Cherries defender Steve Cook and promptly beat Artur Boruc from the spot to start his record-breaking sequence.
Leicester 3-2 Aston VillaVARDY 82 
Vardy produced another late goal as Leicester mounted a thrilling comeback to beat Midlands rivals Aston Villa.
Two goals down inside the final 20 minutes, Ritchie de Laat pulled one back before Vardy equalised by slotting home on 82 minutes.
Nathan Dyer went on to win it in the final moments and lift the Foxes into second spot.

Claudio Ranieri's men once again bounced back from a two-goal deficit but on this occasion Vardy's goal came relatively early by his standards.
Riyad Mahrez had already reduced the arrears from the penalty spot by the time that Vardy held off the defenders to score his fourth of the season - and a third in consecutive games - midway through the second half.

There was another late goal for Vardy in a thriller with Arsenal but this time it was only a consolation as the Gunners took advantage of a surprisingly open game at the King Power Stadium to end Leicester's unbeaten start.
However, he had already netted for a fourth consecutive game when he opened the scoring with a brilliant finish from a tight angle.

Playing with a broken wrist, Vardy showed no signs of it bothering him as he turned in a man-of-the-match display to lift Leicester back up to fourth in the Premier League table. He scored the first goal of the game and extended his scoring run after winning a penalty himself and slamming the ball home from the spot.

Leicester found themselves in the familiar position of being two goals behind but once again produced a memorable comeback courtesy of their star striker.
Vardy's header ensured his sequence of scoring games would extend to six before guaranteeing it would not be in vain for his side by blasting home in injury time to salvage a point.

Vardy showed his poacher's instinct to score the only goal of the game as Leicester moved back up to fourth with a home win over Crystal Palace.
Capitalising on an error from Brede Hangeland, he proceeded to nick the ball beyond Wayne Hennessey and fire in from close range to score for a seventh successive game.

Mahrez was the man who turn this game around with a brace but it was Vardy's goal that will stick in the memory as he showed extraordinary pace to get away from the Baggies defence and slot the ball home to make it eight games in a row. This effort put him joint-second in Premier League history with Van Nistelrooy's record in his sights.

Mahrez was the designated penalty taker for this one but selflessly handed the ball to his team-mate with Leicester one-up against Watford midway through the second half. It was Vardy who had been fouled and the England international duly picked himself up to score from the spot and score for a ninth successive game.
Newcastle 0-3 LeicesterVARDY 45 
Having missed England's international friendlies through injury, there were question marks over Vardy's fitness going into this one but he was far too sharp for Fabricio Coloccini. Cutting in from the left flank, he eluded the Newcastle defender and fired a low effort into the bottom corner to equaliser Van Nistelrooy's record and even earn some applause from the home fans.
Leicester v Manchester UnitedVARDY 24 After a quiet start, Leicester broke on the counter-attack with Christian Fuchs playing a neat pass in behind the defence. As David de Gea rushed out from the goal, Vardy fired low beyond the goalkeeper and into the net to score for a Premier League record 11th game in a row.
