Howard Webb will take charge when Arsenal play champions Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.Referee Neil Swarbrick has been overlooked for this weekend’s top flight fixtures after dismissing Norwich City’s Leon Barnett and awarding Stoke City a penalty in Sunday’s 1-1 draw at Carrow Road.
Replays showed Barnett’s minor tussle with Jon Walters took place outside the area.

Warnock questioned the promotion of young referees and accused Oliver, now 26, of ‘sprinting before he could walk’ after his Crystal Palace side lost to Watford in the FA Cup in January 2009.
