Roma believe they are close to completing deal for young striker

Barcelona have confirmed they are considering an offer from Roma for Bojan Krkic.
The Italian side have just appointed former Barcelona B coach Luis Enrique as their new boss and he hopes to make Bojan his first signing.
It is thought the 20-year-old striker has been offered a five-year contract to follow Enrique to the Stadio Olimpico.
And while Barca insist no deal has yet been agreed, they admit there is a strong chance Bojan could leave the Camp Nou.
"We have received an offer but it is still being studied and evaluated," Barca's board spokesman, Toni Freixa, told the club's official website.
Consideration
"Obviously, if we were prepared to receive this offer and consider it, it is because there is a possibility we could go through with it."
However, Roma's sporting director Walter Sabatini believes an agreement has been reached and Bojan's signing is imminent.
"The negotiations are going well and we hope to conclude the deal soon," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"We reached an agreement with Barcelona and with the player last night."
Bojan came through the Barca youth ranks but has found his first-team opportunities limited given the attacking quality the Spanish and European champions have in their squad.
The one-cap senior international is currently on duty with the Spain squad at the European Under-21 Championship in Denmark.
