Bebe played in Loures young teams since 2001 years old until 2008, when he moved to Estrela da Amadora, under-19 team.
With 19 he made his debut in portuguese 3rd league representing Amadora and fast became one of the most important players of the club. His qualities called the atention of several portuguese clubs like Guimaraes, Belenenses, Setubal, etc.
