Alessandro Del Piero will NOT play in Wednesday's Champions League Quarter-Final second leg against Arsenal after failing to recover from a thigh injury. The 31-year-old had a fitness test on Tuesday but was unable to complete a training session.
The Juventus captain has not played since limping off during the 1-1 draw against Roma on March 25. The Bianconeri's all-time leading scorer missed last week's 2-0 defeat at Highbury but had hoped to feature at the Stadio Delle Alpi.

Cesc Fabregas and Emmanuel Eboue are both likely to be in Arsenal's starting line-up for the Quarter-Final second leg against Juventus on Wednesday night.
Both players were substituted after picking up injuries during Arsenal's 5-0 win against Aston Villa on Saturday. Fabregas is closer to full fitness after shrugging off a foot problem while Eboue will have a precautionary test on his groin injury.
Arsène Wenger confirmed the good news before Arsenal's squad left for Italy on Tuesday. "Fabregas looks good and Eboue will have a final test tomorrow because we didn't want to take a chance," he said.
"Eboue will be a 80 per cent chance to start the game. He had a little test without the ball but he looks very positive."
The Arsenal manager also revealed that Sol Campbell is likely to start Wednesday night's game on the substitutes bench after recovering from a toe injury. Freddie Ljungberg is also back in the squad after a calf problem.
