Paulo Ferreira again starts in central defence in Rotterdam tonight. It’s the same midfield as in Chicago on Saturday, but Salomon Kalou and Arjen Robben are in attack.
Frank Lampard will captain with John Terry starting on the bench. The team is expected to play 4-3-3 in the following way.
