VICENTE DEL BOSQUE - More in the Ancelotti-style, a player from the 70s, 80s. He is very clever but not as intense. He keeps a low profile, keeps everyone happy and has done it very well for years. He had a lot of confidence in me for the national team.
PEP GUARDIOLA - It is the way he approaches each game. He designs a plan. He says 'we are here but need to get to there'. To go on this path, we need to do this and this and this to get here. The message he gives is unlike anything else.
