actual reserve ratio 唔等於 minimum required reserve ratio喎
因為total 番黎o既deposit 會唔同左

睇清楚句statement先…
佢一句：banks lend out all their excess reserves
只要借出晒所有既錢
the actual reserve ratio is equal to the minimum required reserve ratio 已經成立
因為當你借晒所有excess reserve出去
你剩返既reserve個ratio就已經係佢minimum reserve ration
eg.
Bank A $100 , rr:0.2
你借晒所有excess reserve出去，即係$80
即係你剩返$20
minimun reserve ratio本身係0.2 (given)
actual reserve ratio就已經係 reserve/deposit = 20/100=0.2
咁就已經成立
已經係冇需要再理會佢係唔係有Cash Leakage
呢樣已經係同句statement冇關的了

these two terms are not equal
so answer (1) should be uncertain too!

"IF" lending out all the excess reserve = min. required ratio=no cash leakage
then the assumption of "if there is cash leakage in answer 2" should not exist

do you know what i mean and could anyone give explaination? :) ( altough CE is none my business)

返唔返黎係影響唔到佢借出既比率的
佢第一轉有$5000
就算第二轉剩返$100
只要佢係借剩o個度既20%
佢個actual reserve ratio同佢個minimum require reserve ratio都係一樣的…
