Sky Sports understands Queens Park Rangers are trying to strike a deal for Fulham striker Bobby Zamora.
Zamora's future at Fulham has been the subject of speculation for some time due to an alleged uneasy relationship with Martin Jol.
QPR chief Mark Hughes is keen to bolster his attacking options before the close of the transfer window and is a big admirer of Zamora having worked with him during his time in charge of Fulham.
Talks are thought to be taking place between both clubs as QPR look to bring the former West Ham and Tottenham man to Loftus Road.
Fulham could be willing to offload Zamora with the club believed to be close to signing Stuttgart striker Pavel Pogrebnyak with the Russia international thought to be undergoing a medical at Craven Cottage.
