CR7 is at Real Madrid's training ground seven days a week for seven hours in order to heal his injured hamstring in time to face Tottenham.

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly been working tirelessly to be fit for los Blancos' Champions League fixture with Tottenham at the start of April.

The Portuguese international injured his hamstring during the 2-1 victory in the Madrid derby against Atletico, and will play no part in his nation's international fixture against Finland this week.

According to AS, The former Manchester United forward is currently working for 6-7 hours a day with a specialist trainer in order to be fit for the quarter-final first-leg at the Santiago Bernabeu in just over a weeks time, and his eagerness has seen the influential attacker train every day at Madrid's facility.

Coach Jose Mourinho will likely rest his forward against Sporting this weekend, should the match go ahead, in order to give Ronaldo the maximum amount of time to recover before the game on April 5.

Barcelona president Sandro Rosell believes the team can repeat November's 5-0 win over Real Madrid when the pair meet in the Copa del Rey final on April 20.

As the battle for La Liga heats up, the second Clasico of the season takes place at the Santiago Bernabeu just days before the cup final, and Rosell feels his side can continue to dominate Spanish football, having already thumped los Blancos at the Camp Nou.

"I predict a 5-0 result so we don't lose our custom," he told the press.

Real Madrid beat Sevilla 3-0 on aggregate at the semi-final stage, while Barcelona progressed as 8-0 victors over two legs against Almeria back in January.

In the Primera Division, the Blaugrana currently hold a five-point advantage over their fierce rivals, with nine matches remaining.
