Twente - No Ruiz offersFC Twente chairman Joop Munsterman claims no concrete offers have been made for reported Premier League target Bryan Ruiz.
The Costa Rican winger has been linked with Tottenham and Fulham this summer and has made no secret of his desire to play in the English top flight.
Fellow Twente forward Nacer Chadli is also on Fulham's radar, with the Cottagers having lodged an unsuccessful bid in the region of £4.3million last week.
But other than that offer, Munsterman insists no firm bids have been tabled for Ruiz or Chadli ahead of the transfer window closing on Wednesday.
Nothing concrete
"After that (Fulham's offer for Chadli) we have not heard anything concrete from any club, not even for Ruiz," he said.
"I do not expect those guys to be off on Thursday."
Feyenoord midfielder Leroy Fer has been heavily linked with a move to Twente, but Munsterman insists the club will only move for the youngster if Ruiz or Chadli are sold.
He added: "Only when one of our players are sold will we maybe take action."
