Iker Casillas has moved to quash rumours he is looking to leave Real Madrid, insisting he has no plans to quit the club he joined as a boy.

TheSpain captain has failed to regain his place from Diego Lopez in JoseMourinho's first-team ever since suffering a hand injury in January,leading many to speculate that he could seek to end his 22-yearaffiliation with the Liga giants.

However, the 31-year-old has stressed that he has not entertained the idea of seeking a move away from the capital club.

"Myfuture is at Real Madrid. I have a contract with the club and I've beenhere since I was nine years old. It's been my club for my whole lifeand it's where I want to be," he was quoted as saying by AS.

Zidane will control our transfers, says Perez

The Madrid chief has revealed that the former France star will becomethe new sporting director, while adding that they have yet to decide onwho will replace Jose Mourinho

Florentino Perez says former midfielder Zinedine Zidane will play a key role in the new Real Madrid project as they are preparing for life after Jose Mourinho, who will leave the club at the end of the season.

TheFrance legend previously worked at Madrid as the club's sportingdirector, but left the Santiago Bernabeu side in the summer of 2012 inorder to complete his coaching qualifications.

Nevertheless, Zidane is set to return to los Blancos ahead of the 2013-14 campaign.

"We want Zidane to lead the sporting project for the next four years," Perez told Cadena Ser.

"He will decide which players will be sold and who we will try to sign."

TheMadrid president then went on to stress that they have yet to make afinal decision on who will replace Mourinho as head coach, whileinsisting that the players did not have a problem with the Portuguesetrainer.

"Ancelotti? We don't know yet who will be the new coach. We will talk about that during the next week.

"Jurgen Klopp is a good coach and I like him, but the Dortmund players are more like kids than the players at Madrid.

"The players only had good words about Mourinho. They told me that he was the best."

Perez also briefly discussed the situation of Iker Casillas, who has lost his starting berth to Diego Lopez this term.

"To me, Iker Casillas is the best goalkeeper in the world, but the club can't interfere in the coach's decisions."

Zidane has already admitted his admiration for rumoured Madrid target Gareth Bale, who could be tempted to leave Tottenham after the club missed out on Champions League football.
