1438: More from our sports news correspondent Dan Roan, now, with the news that talks between Chelsea and FC Porto over a move to Stamford Bridge for Alvaro Pereira have broken down... while reports that Chelsea defender Alex is on his way to Arsenal are wide of the mark. Not happening.

Sky Sports sources understand Stoke City are ready to enter the equation to sign Craig Bellamy from Manchester City. The Wales international has been in talks with Queens Park Rangers, while former club Liverpool are also reportedly considering a late bid.

Genk have rejected an offer from Chelsea for Kevin De Bruyne, and the player's not happy.

"I'm disappointed in the attitude of Genk," De Bruyne told Het Nieuwsblad. "I do not want any controversy, but I'm disappointed in the attitude of Genk. Chelsea was a very nice offer, the club wanted me to stay for one year in Genk.

"I hope it still goes on, because this is a dream for me. I wanted to give everything for one year in Genk and with a good feeling to say goodbye to the club and the supporters."
