Haha, keep on blowing water..........what do people think about Sissoko this season?
To me, he's doing better and better. His timing for tackle has improved, and it's nice to see his passing begin to make some sense now. He's the one on the best form for Liverpool in my opinion.
On the contrary, Alonso has been disappointing so far. He is very much overshadowed in the holding midfield row by Sissoko. And in attack, he hasn't shown much inspiration yet. A few Zenden-like performance this season, which is not good enough.
After the Chelsea game, we will have 3 straight home games, none too easy but none too challenging. This should be the time Rafa stretch out our wings and make Alonso useful. No point to keep defending at home, which we've been doing so far this season. Finnan and Aurelio are both able to provide threat and support when needed from fullback position. And Alonso will be the perfect man to make pinpoint balls to Pennant and M.Gonzalez who love to run deep down the flank. I will be sad if we can't win all 3 games with a margin of at least 2-3 goals each!!
