For the bet more than 10,000
if lose, 10% will be returned to player.
For example
A win: 2.0
Draw: 4.0
B win: 3.0
I buy 10,000 for "A" win, however, "B"win.
Owing to new policy, 10%, 1000 in this case, will be returned to the player.
If "A" win => 10,000 X 2.0 = 20,000
If Draw => 10,000 X 10% = 1,000 (new policy)
If "B" win => 10,000 X 10% = 1,000 (new policy)
