Blank GWs:
GW18: Definite Blank GW due to clash with the Club World Cup - WHU vs LIV will be moved to a different GW
GW28: Possible Blank GW due to clash with EFL Cup Final
(A Blank could be avoided if neither team involved in a postponement reaches the FA Cup 5th Round)
GW31 - Definite Blank GW due to clash with FA Cup QFs
GW34 - Possible Blank GW due to clash with FA Cup SFs.
The FA Cup SFs are followed by a free midweek which will receive postponed fixtures - the last time this happened, three teams got a DGW and one team got a Blank GW.
Double GWs:
When the journo announced the WHU vs LIV postponement, he said it would "potentially be switched to a date in March. That needs to be confirmed."
If it's going to be moved to March, it'll be in either GW29 or GW30.
If LIV play UCL L16 2nd leg in GW29,
WHU vs LIV moves to GW30:
LIV vs (eve+whu)
WHU vs (WOL+LIV)

Double GWs contd:
GW34: Could be a mini Blank GW and a mini Double GW, or it could just be a normal GW if all the GW34 postponements are moved to the following midweek.
GW37: Definite Double GW. It's likely to receive postponed fixtures from GWs 31 and 34.
And we could get a another mini DGW on a Champions League night if the EFL Cup Final causes a Blank or two in Gameweek 28.
