OFI Crete appoint Gattuso 
Gennaro Gattuso has this afternoon been named as the new Coach of Greek outfit OFI Crete. The former Milan midfielder began last season as Palermo boss but was sacked after a poor start to the Sicilian club’s Serie B promotion bid.He also previously had a spell as Player-coach at Swiss team Sion, which he left to take charge of the Rosaneri.
The 36-year-old has now secured his return to the dugout in charge of the island team, who finished sixth in this season’s Greek Super League.
