Paul Lambert: Aston Villa manager extends contract 
Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has signed a contract extension until June 2018 following the club's unbeaten start to the Premier League season.The 45-year-old Scot took charge at Villa Park in June 2012 and, despite finishing 15th last season, Villa have won three of their opening four games.
"I'm determined that we continue building the club to where we all want it to be," said Lambert.
"We can look to the future with real optimism."
