t Subotic is poised to sign a new deal to keep him at the club until 2018 and the news will come as a massive boost to Dortmund ahead of this weekend's DFB Pokal final with Wolfsburg.The Serbian has earned a reputation as one of the best defenders in Europe after playing a key role in the Dortmund side that won back-to-back Bundesliga titles and reached the Champions League final in 2013.
Subotic has rediscovered his best form this season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament tear in November 2013, making 39 appearances in all competitions for Dortmund this term.
