Olympiakos midfielder Luka Milivojevic is due to fly to London on Tuesday for a medical ahead of a £12.5m move to Crystal Palace.

The former Red Star Belgrade and Anderlecht midfielder has scored six goals in 17 league appearances this season to help the Greek champions open up a 13-point lead at the top of the Superleague.

Negotiations are at an advanced stage and sources at Palace are confident the move will be completed before Tuesday night's transfer deadline.

The 25-year-old has won 19 caps for Serbia and played against Wales and the Republic of Ireland during World Cup qualifiers last year.

Milivojevic has been reportedly linked with a host of clubs during the current transfer window including Leicester, Sunderland, West Ham and Watford.

On Monday, Crystal Palace completed the signing of Patrick van Aanholt from Sunderland on a four-and-a-half year contract.

The defender has moved for a fee believed to be £14 million and could make his debut in Tuesday's game with Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
