Aston Villa midfielder Ashley Westwood completes Burnley medical - Sky sources

Ashley Westwood has completed a medical at Burnley ahead of a proposed move from Aston Villa, Sky sources understand.The 26-year-old was understood to be on his way to Burnley having undergone tests at the Manchester Health Institute on Tuesday morning.
Westwood signed a five-year contract at Villa when the club were in the Premier League in August 2015, and it is not yet known how much it will cost Burnley to bring the midfielder to Turf Moor.The former Crewe Alexandra player moved to Villa in 2012 and has made more than 150 appearances for the West Midlands club over five seasons - four of which were in the English top flight.
Westwood has remained a regular first-team player for Villa in the Sky Bet Championship, featuring in 23 of their 27 games.
Burnley manager Sean Dyche has maintained the line that the club are on the lookout for additions during the January transfer window, with the club having been linked with a £13m move for Noriwch midfielder Robbie Brady.
