阿布扎比主權基金無錯應該係全世界第一大既主權財富基金，但係應該係由國家政府擁有，無理由係佢地幾兄弟持有架喎，最多係由佢地去管理。但係咁就唔同講法，主權財富基金即係好似香港的外匯基金，睇落去就係天文數字咁多錢，但係就應該唔可以隨心所欲咁去鍾意就亂 fling。

雖然無可否認，佢地私人都係極有錢，但係就無可能係國家層次呢個數目規模囉……

us $4.9 billion 即係大約 £3 billion，£121m 都成 4%架，邊有大家講到話小到剩係跌左一蚊咁跨張……

即係如果大家有一百萬身家，花四萬去買個 60吋大電視，都係會肉痛架……
