SPURS LOSE PALACIOS TO INJURY
Tottenham midfielder Wilson Palacios has undergone surgery to his right knee and will be out of action for up to three weeks.
The Honduras international reported the injury to the Spurs medical team after training on Thursday and the Londoners have moved quickly to remedy the problem.
Palacios has not played for Spurs since the 3-1 defeat at Blackpool on February 22.
Sandro has impressed in midfield in recent games and is likely to continue as Harry Redknapp's side bid to make further progress in the Champions League and seal another top-four finish in the Premier League.
