法國傳媒報道，舒密加在阿爾卑斯山區的梅里貝勒度假，滑雪時跌倒後，頭部撞到石塊昏迷，由直升機送院。院方表示，舒密加顱外傷，需即時接受手術。

被稱為「車神」舒密加1991年出道，先後贏得7屆一級方程式總冠軍，去年第二度退役。據報今次到法國旅行，是慶祝他45歲生日。

F1 great Michael Schumacher's former boss at Ferrari says the latest news about the German's health "is not good" - but refuses to elaborate.

"I have news and unfortunately it is not good," Luca di Montezemolo told reporters on Thursday.

When contacted by BBC Sport, Schumacher's official spokesperson Sabine Kehm declined to comment.

Seven-time world champion Schumacher suffered severe head injuries in a skiing accident in December 2013.

Schumacher continues to receive intensive treatment at his home in Switzerland following the accident in France.

In November, FIA president Jean Todt said Schumacher was "still fighting", almost two years after the accident.

七屆一級方程式總冠軍、德國「車神」舒密加（Michael Schumacher），在法國滑雪意外重傷後近11個月，他的一位朋友表示，他要坐輪椅，不能說話，記憶力亦有問題。

法國前一級方程式車手兼舒密加好友斯特雷夫（Philippe Streiff）在法國一個電台表示，舒密加情況改善了，但一切都是相對的。

59歲的斯特雷夫1989年在巴西季前試車遇意外，四肢癱瘓，從此靠輪椅代步。舒密加在法國留醫時，斯特雷夫曾探望他。

舒密加受傷後長時間昏迷，至4月傳出他有蘇醒迹象，6月轉往瑞士洛桑醫院，現已返回日內瓦湖畔的寓所，進入漫長的康復期。

F1 legend Michael Schumacher 'out of coma'



F1 champion Michael Schumacher has left hospital in Grenoble and is no longer in a coma, his family says.

The 45-year-old German will continue his rehabilitation at an undisclosed location, they said in a statement.

Schumacher was placed in a medically induced coma after suffering a severe head injury in a skiing accident in the French Alps on 29 December.

His family thanked people who had sent messages of support, saying: "We are sure it helped him."

They also praised the "excellent job" of medical staff at the hospital in Grenoble, in south-east France.

Doctors had kept the seven-time champion in a coma to help reduce swelling in his brain.
