They could be moved to an EFL Cup midweek in GW 3/14/17 if both sides get knocked out before R4/QFs/SFs.
They also might be able to be moved to the mini-winter break (GW 18/19)

Update on when the GW1 Blanks could be played:

I think we can discount the possibility of either GW1 Blank moving to GW3.

The earliest a GW1 Blank could be played is GW14 if both sides get knocked out of the EFL Cup before the QFs (R5).



BUR vs MUN can only move to GW14 if...
Man Utd fail to beat Luton and then Brighton or Preston
and if..
Burnley fail to beat Millwall and then Man City or Bournemouth

MCI vs AVL can only move to GW14 if...
Man City fail to beat Bournemouth and then Burnley or Millwall
and if..
Aston Villa fail to beat Bristol City and then Stoke or Gillingham

都幾有用的指標, 太高即係隊波的資源太「平均」, 浪費咗係D坐bench的球員身上, 太低即係資源太集中, 好多貴價球員令到隊波失衡, 有時正選迫住出骨, bench的人就連基本的2分都無分.

長遠呢講, PB每周大約5-7分就好, 寧低莫高
