英格蘭前鋒朗尼，與妻子高蓮證實家中的吸塵機，近日無緣無故開動，令兩人疑似受到鬼魂追纏；身懷六甲的高蓮表示，目前已不許丈夫使用該吸塵機：「那吸塵機根本沒有插上電源，卻自動開啟……或者，我應該把它放到客廳，自動爲我們打掃。」

「如果是我認識的人的鬼魂，我非常歡迎他們來參觀我們的寓所。」大膽的高蓮表示。
已非首次與吸塵機扯上關係，朗尼過去承認，小時候總是要在吸塵機發生的「搖籃曲」之下，才能好好入睡，甚至每逢大比賽之前，都要靠吸塵機協助入睡。

不用吸塵機的話，朗尼會以高蓮的電風筒作為「搖籃曲」，導致妻子忍不住要發出禁令：「我不知道他弄壞了多少風筒。」朗尼表示：「她不會讓我打開吸塵機、風筒、甚至風扇。」

WAYNE Rooney is being haunted by a vacuum cleaner.


The Manchester United and England striker is regularly spooked at home by a machine that keeps turning itself on.

His wife Coleen came clean about the ghoulish goings-on at the superstar couple’s mansion.

The mum-to-be revealed she is so terrified of vacuum cleaners that she will not even let Wayne, 22, switch one on.

And she said the pair were “freaked out” when their machine at home started itself up.

“It wasn’t even plugged in,” she said. “I should have got it to do the living room for me!”

It is not the first time the Rooneys have had trouble with vacuum cleaners. Wayne has admitted the sound of one always helped him sleep when he was a kid – and when he first married Coleen he used to switch on the vac if he got nervous before a big game.

If that did not work he would switch on one of his wife’s hairdryers – until she called a halt.

“I’ve ruined so many hairdryers by letting them burn out,” he said.

“Coleen hates it. She won’t let me turn on a vacuum or a fan when we’re together.”

Coleen, also 22, also admitted she would not mind a ghost in their house.

She said: “If it was the spirit of someone I knew, I would quite like it if they came to visit.”
