Espanyol have signed Argentinian midfielder Jesus Datolo on loan from Napoli.
The Spanish club confirmed on their official website on Friday that they had landed the 26-year-old winger on a season-long deal.
Datolo joined Napoli from Boca Juniors in January 2009 and went on to make 22 appearances in Italy before joining Greek side Olympiakos on loan for the second half of last season.
He was handed his international debut in August 2009 and was selected in Diego Maradona's provisional 30-man squad for the World Cup finals.
However, he did not make the cut for the final 23 who travelled to South Africa, leaving him with two goals in three games so far for Argentina.
