21-year-old Spanish star Ricky Rubio has agreed on a sponsorship deal with Adidas. Although the duration of the contract and the figures have yet to be released, it is a fact that Adidas gives a dramatic effect to its arch rival in the market, Nike, which counted Ricky Rubio among its players until last year.

Also mentioned in the article -- only Derrick Rose and Dwight Howard are set to make more money from Adidas now than Rubio under the new deal. Not bad for a 21 year old getting over a torn ACL.

1) 雙腳同時落地的小跳步-----------落地後不一定要跳起 , 可自行選擇重心腳 , 若其中某一隻腳移動後 , 另一隻腳則自動成為重心腳 , 球員可選擇起手或傳球 , 重心腳不可在起跳前移動 , 起跳後任何一隻腳不可在球離手前接觸地面 , 否則走步。

2) 兩腳分前後時間落地的小跳步-----------落地後不一定要跳起 , 落地時間較早的一隻腳會自動成為重心腳 , 球員可選擇起手或傳球 , 重心腳不可在起跳前移動 , 起跳後任何一隻腳不可在球離手前接觸地面 , 否則走步。

【戰術板】Pick and Roll唔係單單幫隊友擋完就完成，單擋之後嘅後續攻勢可以變化多瑞。今次會講解用 Pick and Roll 為射手製造空檔，而呢個戰術多數會用喺一節嘅末段使用，製造絕殺機會！

步驟：
- 3號球員利用1號球員嘅單擋向右推進 ，然後1號位 roll out到三分線 。
- 同時間2 號球員利用4同5號嘅單擋，由左面「過底」到右面三分線。
- 帶球嘅3號傳比2號，擋空成功走位嘅2嘅接應射三分。
