As you know last weekend we had a few teething problems with the Premier League game. We have been monitoring your feedback closely and are taking action this week.
We have a bunch of fixes and new features in the pipe like Global Rank and Friends team view, almost ready to launch, but held back to ensure they are 100% in working order. A minor glitch in our pricing algorithm meant that several players plummeted in price Saturday lunchtime, including the very popular Diego Costa, Alexis Sanchez and Tibault Courtois. We saw that almost 3,000 of you drafted in these players before their prices were fixed two hours later.
To level the playing field and to ensure no one has an unfair advantage, we will be reducing the prices of these three players to £5.01M today, giving you all a chance to grab them at their reduced price. But make sure you draft them in this week. Although they will be £5.01M for Gameweek 2, their prices will grow organically as their performance through the season determines. We apologise for this bug, and some of the other missing features we just couldn’t get in for week one. We hope you’ll stick with us and you’ll see in Gameweek 2 and beyond, your requests and complaints will all be actioned. You’ve helped us shape this game over the years, so we always value your opinion and comment.
