Russell Westbrook is expected to make a decision between the Bulls and Heat this week, per Chris Haynes of TNT and Bleacher Report.

Advice: Russ is expected to be bought out, but nothing is official yet. Despite reports of the Clippers being interested, Russ will reportedly choose between two teams where he has a chance to start. Chicago starts a second year point guard in Ayo Dosunmu. Even if they roll with the same starting lineup, Russ would certainly see minutes over Goran Dragic. In Miami, Kyle Lowry doesn't appear to be a guaranteed starter anymore, though Russ would compete with Gabe Vincent for minutes off the bench if he doesn't get the starting nod. Both teams sat still at the deadline, so getting a chance to sign Russ could help their depth.
