Lucas Orban signs for Bordeaux!Argentine defender signs up for 4 years with the Girondins FC Girondins de Bordeaux is proud to announce that an agreement has been reached with Club Atletico Tigre (Argentina) regarding the transfer of Lucas Orban. Lucas will join the club on a four year contract, subject to completion of the necessary administrative formalities and medical check-up. The player will be presented to the media this Thursday at 11:30.The athletic full back is the latest addition to the Bordeaux back line. Born on 3rd February in Buenos Aires, he has spent several seasons in Argentina's top division. After playing for River Plate from 2008 to 2012, he left the club last year to join another Buenos Aires club: CA Tigre.
The 24-year old will slot into the Girondins' squad at left back. He made a total of 45 appearances for CA Tigre last season, including 8 in the Copa Libertadores, where he notched up one assist.
