Manchester City ready to sell Fabian Delph for £12million John Percy

Manchester City are ready to sell Fabian Delph this summer but want around £12million for the England international. Delph is another City fringe player facing a bleak future under Pep Guardiola and he will be allowed to leave less than two years, following his £8million move from Aston Villa in July 2015.
West Bromwich Albion and Stoke have already made inquiries about the midfielder's availability and it is understood the City hierarchy are holding out for a significant fee. Delph has over three years remaining on his contract at the Etihad and City are reluctant to sanction a loan move, valuing him at a price between £12-15million. City believe the 27-year-old's reputation in the Premier League remains high despite a season plagued with injuries, while he has also made six appearances for England. He won his last international cap in the 2-0 defeat to Spain in November 2015.
Guardiola is ready to revamp his squad this summer after a difficult first campaign in English football, already signing Portugal international Bernardo Silva from Monaco for £43million.
Willy Caballero, Jesus Navas, Gael Clichy and Bacary Sagna have already left after their contracts expired while the likes of Delph, Joe Hart, Wilfried Bony, Eliaquim Mangala and Samir Nasri could also go in a mass clear-out.
