Liverpool's front four put on an attacking masterclass as they thrashed Spartak Moscow 7-0 at Anfield to finish top of Group E in the Champions League.

On a night of devastating attacking play, Philippe Coutinho netted a hat-trick (4, 15, 50), Saido Mane scored twice (47, 76) while Roberto Firmino (19) and Mohamed Salah (86) grabbed one goal each.

The result ensured Jurgen Klopp's men reached the knockout stages of the Champions League for the first time since 2008/09. The draw for the last 16 takes place on Monday.

Liverpool have now scored 32 goals in a nine-match unbeaten run since losing to Tottenham in late October and next host rivals Everton and their new manager Sam Allardyce on Derby Day on Nissan Super Sunday.

With Jordan Henderson benched, Coutinho was handed the captaincy and relished the added responsibility.

After Salah was bundled over in the box on four minutes, Coutinho stepped up and rolled home the penalty for his seventh goal of the campaign.

His eighth would follow seven minutes later when he finished off a flowing attacking move that involved Mane, Salah and Firmino.

Although Spartak did try to pin Liverpool back, they left spaces in behind and were punished again this time by Firmino, who slammed home from close range after some suspect defending.

After the break, Mane's acrobatic volley extended the hosts' advantage before Coutinho secured his hat-trick with a deflected effort.

Substitute Daniel Sturridge missed from close range before Mane added a sixth and Salah took the Reds' goal tally for this Champions League campaign to 23 with a clever finish - the haul the most ever by a British team in a Champions League group stage.

Finishing as Group E winners means the Reds avoid the likes of PSG, Barcelona and Roma, but Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Juventus could be potential last-16 opponents.

Tottenham 3-0 Apoel: Fernando Llorente off the mark for Spurs

Fernando Llorente scored his first goal for Tottenham as they ended their Group H campaign with a 3-0 victory over Apoel Nicosia on Wednesday night.

Spurs were already guaranteed top spot in their group ahead of the game at Wembley, but a poor recent run of form in the Premier League made it a welcome win for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

Llorente scored the first before teeing up the second for Heung-Min Son, and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou added a third to leave Spurs feeling positive ahead of the last-16 draw on Monday.

Pochettino's side collected 16 points from a possible 18 in a pool that included Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid and while Bayern Munich and Juventus are the two stand-out opponents to avoid, Basel, Sevilla, Shakhtar Donetsk and Porto are other potential foes.

A much-changed Spurs side had pretty much the perfect first half as Llorente and Son did the damage to Apoel.

The Spaniard, who got his first goal for the club after 20 minutes as he received a Serge Aurier cross well in the box before firing home, then turned creator as he teed up Son to net a fine second from the edge of the area after 37 minutes.

That was enough to kill the game for Spurs, who were never really threatened by an Apoel side who needed a positive result to secure Europa League qualification.

Spurs then added a third in the 80th minute as Nkoudou twisted and turned in the box before seeing his strike deflect past the Apoel goalkeeper.

Shakhtar 2-1 Man City: Hosts qualify as City's unbeaten run ends

Manchester City's 28-match unbeaten run came to an end after losing 2-1 at Shakhtar Donetsk in their final Champions League Group C clash.

Jubilant Shakhtar, who needed only a point to qualify for the last 16, gained victory thanks to Bernard's fine curling effort (26) and Ismaily's simple finish (32) after City goalkeeper Ederson had committed himself outside of the box.

Sergio Aguero's injury-time penalty (90+1) halved the deficit, but the final result puts an end to City's fine run in all competitions, going back to April, as well as their 20-match winning streak from this season.

City had already secured top spot in the group before the game, and the draw for the last 16 of the Champions League will be at 11am on Monday, which you can follow live on Sky Sports' digital platforms.

With all group tables decided, Pep Guardiola's side will face either Bayern Munich, Basel, Juventus, Sevilla, Porto or holders Real Madrid.

Manchester City, looking ahead to Sunday's Manchester derby live on Sky Sports Premier League, made seven changes for the trip to Kharkiv as Guardiola handed 17-year-old Phil Foden his first start.

After a slow opening, the game burst to life when some Brazilian magic from Bernard gave the hosts the lead, curling into the top corner from 15 yards to the left of the penalty area.

Ederson then got down well to deny Bernard a second, but it was fellow Brazilian Ismaily who doubled Shakhtar's lead on 32 minutes from Marlos' fine lofted ball over the top. Ederson came rushing out, never fully committed as he missed the ball, and allowed Ismaily to roll home into the empty net to stun City.

Eliaquim Mangala did well to block Fred's effort before the break, while at the other end Gabriel Jesus failed to take advantage after being put through on goal by Foden's impressive through ball.

Leroy Sane almost halved the deficit after the break, forcing Andriy Pyatov into a save, but City's next chance came 10 minutes from time as sub Brahim Diaz did well to centre for Jesus, who squeezed an effort onto the outside of the post from close range.

City did get their goal in injury time as Jesus was brought down by Bohdan Butko in the box, with sub Sergio Aguero converting the spot kick, but Shakhtar held on for a fine victory.

今仗取得一分就能晉級的利記必須要贏波才能確保以首名出線，紅軍領隊高路普亦不敢怠慢，進攻線上四把尖刀菲臘比古天奴、羅拔圖法明奴、沙迪奧文尼和穆罕默德沙拿悉數以正選上陣。主隊今仗開賽三分鐘就由沙拿博得12碼，古天奴操刀極刑得手替利物浦先開紀錄。15分鐘，利記一次反擊再有斬獲，沙拿斜傳予法明奴，後者再回傳後上入楔的古天奴左腳破網。僅四分鐘後，法明奴再在門前把握對方球員解圍失誤射成3:0，主隊半場三球在手。

C朗又創紀錄



皇家馬德里周三晚在毫無懸念的歐聯H組最後一輪分組賽，主場以3:2擊敗多蒙特，銀河艦隊前鋒基斯坦奴朗拿度（C朗）今仗取得入球後又創一項紀錄，成為歐聯史上首位在六場分組賽都有士哥的球員。

篤定以次名出線的皇馬今仗接戰僅八分鐘就由小將馬約萊爾先開紀錄，C朗在四分鐘後取得入球，又一次成為歐聯紀錄的保持者。多蒙特在完半場前藉由前鋒奧巴美揚破蛋，這位加蓬國腳在易邊後再於門前連環施射，替客隊追平2:2。不過，皇馬之後在81分鐘盧卡斯華斯基斯奠定勝局，在巴拿比奴險勝3:2。
同組另一場比賽，早就肯定會已首名晉級16強的熱刺則在主場以3:0輕取尼科西亞，主隊的前鋒洛蘭迪、南韓國腳孫興民和中場尼高杜先後取得入球，總算中止了熱刺最近連續三場賽事未曾一勝的走勢。

送薩克達次名出線




篤定以小組首名出線的曼城周三晚在歐聯F組最後一輪分組賽大幅變陣，最終球隊作客烏克蘭以1:2不敵薩克達，後者全取三分後順利以次名踢入16強。

比對上場聯賽贏韋斯咸的陣容，曼城領隊哥迪奧拿作出了七個調動，明顯是為周日作客曼聯的英超榜首大戰做準備。今仗只要和波就肯定以次名出線的薩克達在上半場26分鐘由巴西中場貝拿度先開紀錄，僅六分鐘後，另一位巴西球員伊斯馬利亦取得士哥，薩克達半場兩球在手。
易邊後，曼城在70分鐘才派阿古路後備入替，相信是以戰養戰，為周日的曼市打比「熱身」。戰至補時階段，加比爾捷西斯在禁區內遭對方後衛侵犯，曼城得一12碼。極刑由阿古路操刀得手，助藍月亮破蛋，但曼城最終仍然輸1:2，今季在各項賽事保持22場不敗後，季內首次輸波。

利記破紅魔紀錄
分組賽入球創新高

2017/18球季歐聯分組賽全部完成，16支晉級淘汰賽的球隊塵埃落定，八支「降格」轉戰歐霸盃的球隊亦已經決出。總計所有分組賽，32支球隊總共取得306個入球，打破2000/01賽季共入292球的紀錄。

利物浦中場菲臘比古天奴在下半場完成帽子戲法、即紅軍領先5:0的一球，剛好是今屆分組賽第293個入球，亦即是說，這位巴西國腳成為了打破紀錄的球員。其實，此前在2012/13球季，各隊在分組賽共入284球亦幾乎打破紀錄，是歷年來最接近的一次；另外，在2015/16球季，各隊亦曾經合共轟入280球。
不單如此，火力全開的利記總共在分組賽轟入23球，打破了此前由曼聯所保持的英國球隊在歐聯分組賽的入球紀錄。紅魔鬼的紀錄是在1998/99球季所創，當季紅魔最終贏得歐聯冠軍，同時成就三冠王的豐功偉績。值得一提的是，當沙迪奧文尼替利記射成6:0的時候，該入球正是紅軍在今季分組賽所入的第22球，當時已經打破了曼聯的紀錄。
