  根據來自以色列媒體的報導，利物浦中場、以色列國腳班拿約在昨晚與車路士簽下一份為期4年的轉會合约。  

  根據《每日星報》的消息，雙方簽下一份為期4年、價值1200萬英鎊的合约，車路士向利物浦支付了550萬英鎊的轉會費。

  30歲的班拿約在今年年初曾暗示，他將會加盟史丹福橋球場，而現在以色列的體育5台報導稱，這樁轉會的大部分操作已經完成。

  車路士方面已官方證實，祖.高爾會在下個月合约結束時離隊。班拿約被傳是英格蘭國腳的替身，據悉，班拿約在上個月親口證實，車路士主帥安察洛堤對他感興趣，並願意為他支付600萬英鎊的轉會費。

  班拿約說：「安察洛堤希望下季簽下我，現在一切取決於利物浦。車路士必須支付600萬英鎊，但我相信，最後我會轉會去那裡。」

  儘管上季班拿約不是賓尼迪斯手下的正選，但他仍然在有限的時間裡攻入9球。

  同時，前車路士前鋒梅度最終輸掉了與藍軍的官司，前者必須向老東家支付至少1400萬英鎊的賠償費。緣由是，2004年梅度被檢查出吸毒而遭車路士解雇，並被禁賽7個月。經過五年斷斷續續的上訴過程，瑞士聯邦最高法院維持了體育仲裁法庭(CAS)的判罰——羅馬尼亞前鋒必須要付給藍軍賠償金。

YOSSI BENAYOUN has not agreed terms with Chelsea, despite reports from his homeland.
The Israeli international has long been rumoured as a target for the Premier League champions and suggestions a deal had been struck between the player and London club gathered pace yesterday.
But the Daily Post understands such talk is wide of the mark with Liverpool having yet to receive any formal offer rendering claims of personal agreements as no more than rumours at this stage.
Benayoun, bought by former manager Rafael Benitez in 2007 for £5million from West Ham United, is valued at double that fee by the Anfield club, according to some reports, with Chelsea believed to be only willing to pay up to £4m.
Talk intensified after it was revealed Joe Cole is leaving Stamford Bridge and according to the Sport 5 website in Israel, 30-year-old Benayoun has verbally agreed a four-year contract but Liverpool sources have poured scorn on the suggestions saying any potential deal is still some way off.
Though a transfer, which would pave a return to London for Benayoun who spent two seasons at Upton Park and see an increase in his weekly wage, is likely to be finalised when Liverpool find a replacement for the departed Benitez.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid would be unwilling to match Liverpool’s valuation for captain Steven Gerrard, according to reports in Spain.
Influential Madrid newspaper AS is reporting the Anfield outfit want £30m for Gerrard but Jose Mourinho’s side would be reluctant to part with such a sum for the 30-year-old England skipper.
Such a stand-off is likely leave Gerrard, who is widely understood to be Mourinho’s top transfer target, with the option of remaining with Liverpool or forcing through a deal to the Spanish giants by handing in a transfer request.
AS also claim Gerrard’s agent Struan Marshall has been contacted by the Bernabeu club however the player is refusing to discuss his future until after the World Cup.

Yossi Benayoun seals Chelsea switch - report

Chelsea have agreed to sign Yossi Benayoun to replace Joe Cole - just as Soccernet revealed back in May.

According to reports on the Jewish Chronicle website on Monday, the Liverpool star and Israel captain has agreed a four-year contract with Chelsea after the two clubs agreed a fee of around £7 million.

When news first broke of Cole's departure and the anticipated move to replace him with Benayoun, it caused incredulity for fans of both clubs. The Stamford Bridge faithful couldn't believe that Cole would go, but only days ago Chelsea announced his contract would not be renewed, while Liverpool supporters were in shock that Benayoun would wish to defect to the London club.

Then, when Benayoun later confirmed that he was negotiating a move to Chelsea, the Liverpool fans were even more shocked that one of their players was openly talking about leaving. There are fears Benayoun's exit could have a domino effect with Anfield's star names attracting attention,and Fernando Torres still on Chelsea's wanted list.

Benayoun flies back to England later this week from holiday in Israel to undergo a medical and pick up his £80,000-a-week wages, the salary that Cole was enjoying at the Bridge until he became a free agent and demanded a £30,000 plus pay rise, which Roman Abramovich refused to sanction.

Benayoun will himself enjoy a healthy pay rise due to his move from Liverpool to Chelsea. Cole, though, is left still considering his future while on England duty, putting the decision onto the backburner to concentrate on the World Cup finals in South Africa.

It has been suggested that he has 'signed' for Arsenal, but the Gunners' pre-contract is conditional on Cole returning from the tournament fully fit.

However, Arsenal's north London rivals Spurs have also declared their interest in trying to sign Cole, in Soccernet exclusive interview with Spurs manager Harry Redknapp. West Ham too have made preliminary enquiries, but David Sullivan confided to Soccernet that Cole has already said no.
