Parma have confirmed the ownership issues in relation to Jonathan Biabiany and Macdonald Mariga have been resolved with both men joining Inter permanently.
Alberto Paloschi has renewed his deal with Parma for another season. He is currently co-owned by Milan.
A statement on Parma's official website reads:
"Now it's official; the renewal of the co-ownership deal between Milan and Parma for Paloschi. He will be wearing the Parma shirt next season.
"However, Biabiany and Mariga are heading to Inter. Their full ownership belongs to Inter."
Biabiany was on loan to Parma last season, but the club obtained half of his rights in February when Mariga joined Inter as part of that deal.
The club have now sold their half back to the Nerazzurri, meaning they take full ownership of the young Frenchman.
He joined Inter's youth system in 2004.
