Manchester United and Chelsea are going head-to-head for Portodefender Eliaquim Mangala.
The Mirror says United boss David Moyes sent scouts to watch 22-year-old centre-half Mangala in a 3-0 win over Maritimo at the weekend, where Barcelona were also represented.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho tried to sign Mangala in June when he first return for a second spell in charge of the Stamford Bridge club.
Porto insist Mangala is not for sale but may struggle to resist offers in excess of £12m for the France international.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Barcelona set for three-way Eliaquim Mangala battle

MANCHESTER UNITED are ready to battle it out with Chelsea and Barcelona to land Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala.


Porto ace Eliaquim MangalaUnited have been tracking the French centre-half for months and they sent scouts to watch him against Maritimo on Saturday.
Mangala helped keep a clean-sheet in a 3-0 win and Old Trafford chiefs will have been suitably impressed with his assured performance.
The Red Devils had been planning a move for Benfica ace Ezequiel Garay but that looks to have hit the buffers with the £21.5m fee deemed too much.
They could now move for Mangala but Chelsea are also keen on the highly-rated 22-year-old.
Boss Jose Mourinho tried to snap him up from his old club in June while Barcelona have also been keeping a close eye on him.
However, Porto are insisting Mangala is not for sale.
